Received an email in my Spam folder for the position. Verified the sender and job posting on the firm's website. Applied for the position and emailed the recruiter informing them I was interested and applied. Spoke to the recruiter about the position the following day. Asked general admin questions such as salary requirements and certifications. Recruiter scheduled phone interview with panel of five individuals for the next day. Interview consisted of three Sr. Sys Admins and two managers. The sys adms each asked technical questions while the managers asked questions referencing my resume and future goals. The managers proceeded to provide info on the project which then allowed me to ask any questions. The interview lasted roughly 20-30 min as I was able to successfully answer their questions rapidly. Was told they were impressed and that they have the recruiter contact me. Received an offer the following week as the interview took place late in the previous week.
