I interned because I knew somebody (which is about 90% of the good BAH people). I intereviewed after my internship and they hired me on the spot. I truely enjoyed interning (they used to spoil the interns when we were a private company....not so much anymore).

Very laid back. Great group of people to work for. They’re most focused on fit and personality and then technical. If you’re a hard worker and looking to be honest should be no problem.

What protocols would you look at for signs of exploitation?
Fairly straight forward, general concepts tested along with proficiency related to key cybersecurity best practices and tools that are popularly used. Not a stressful interview process. Mostly behavioral and fit questions.

This was a video meeting interview. It mostly focused on my past experience and why I wanted to work for the company. They also explained what the next step in the process would be to determine the outcome.
