One, one-hour-long interview with 3 different levels of management. I got the opportunity from a referral so the process may be a bit more difficult. I was hired fresh out of college, they were more interested in my ability to learn and apply myself rather than my military knowledge. They are looking for people that can fit the Booz Allen way of operating a business and have a good ethos.
