I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Norfolk, VA) in June 2015
Interview
There are two phases of the interview process: the screening and the actual interview.
The screening tests the applicant determining whether he/she is suitable for the company. If the applicant passes the screening, the recruiter will start the actual interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Washington, DC) in Oct 2022
Interview
Got email on Linkedin form outside recruiter with a link to the job description. Applied via the link as requested. And had a Teams meeting with the outside recruiter. He asked about times and days for interview with the hiring team. Then I got an invite via Teams for the interview with 4 people. There was a phone number and pin on the invite to dial into a bridge line. I had to go to a garden outside behind an apartment building in my area because I have poor cell phone reception inside of my apartment building. I need to go to a place with good cellphone reception. I dialed into the bridge line a little before the scheduled interview and waited about 25 minuites for the other 4 people to come onto the bridge line for the job interview. No one ever showed up. So, I called the outside recruiter and got voice mail. Then I called the hr representative who sent me the invite. She said the interview was canceled. I told her that no one told me that. She apologized. She said she would called the outside recruiter. He sent me an email telling me the interview was canceled. I responded to his email thanking me for letting me know. Then I blocked him on my Linkedin profile so he can not contact me again. This incident created a poor impression of the company. I do not recommend applying here.
