Applied online, had interview with recruiter. Recruiter was casual, too casual really. It was clear they did not have the background to evaluate technical candidates. The listing was pretty inaccurate regarding start date, salary, and contract length. The recruiter was positive about my application and said I would definitely have a follow up with the client facing recruiter later in the week. The next morning I received a rejection email.
