The interview process was very informal. It was basically all behavioral with a small panel. The questions were very typical and lacked any depth. I felt like it was more so procedural.

The process is competitive and has many steps to it. They really care about how you would fit within the team along with your skills and experience. You do end up meeting quite a few people as you move through the process.
