I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Washington, DC) in Jan 2015
Interview
Easy if you are referred. If you apply without a referral it can be a longer process. I have heard stories of 2 months for interviewing. It really depends on where leadership sees you fitting in the organization. I did a screen. Then 2 in person interviews and minimal wait time.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Question 1
Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
