The interview process is normal just like any other interview. All interview questions revolve around your previous work experience. I would say have 2-3 stories prepared beforehand about times when you helped customers

Interview
I thought the interview process was pretty professional. They brought in several candidates at the same time, I believe there were three other persons interviewing at the same time as myself. We met with different people at scheduled times, eventually meeting with all on the hiring team. I found the experience new and different, but not necessarily negative. I did note that one of the other candidates voiced concerns about other people being present on the same day although there was no point in time where we were interviewing with the same person at the same time.
