Borrego interview questions

Met with many people, and was sold on a job that didn't exist. Leadership team was in turmoil and there were many different decision makers for simple processes. Not an ideal situation for a company in growth mode.

I had one brief phone interview, which was akin to a get-to-know-me type of conversation. This was followed with a panel interview with three individuals, who kept it light-hearted but engaging. They asked good questions and gave me plenty of time to ask my own. That was followed by a follow-up call shortly afterward that basically made sure I had no further issues or questions prior to an offer.
