The interview process at Bosch was great! I applied online, and was scheduled for an interview. I live overseas, so the Bosch hiring managers accommodated by allowing me a video interview.
One interview later, I reviewed an email from HR asking for a phone call. I picked up the phone and got my job offer. All I had to do after was pass a quick drug screening, and viola, I got the job.

Tried several applications and both didn't provide us feedback and HR has a habit of ghosting candidates.
They asked us to do advanced case study and they didn't provide feedback or follow up message. This is the second time I had negative experience applying to Bosch.

contacted me by email first , then had a phone call with two people( Sales Manager and someone from the IT Dept). First they asked about my background and studies, then asked me a few questions about my knowledge about Bosch's business
