I applied for the position via Glassdoor, and they got back to me the next day. First was a phone interview with HR, where I was asked about things on my CV. This was followed by technical interview, with questions on how I would solve specific problems relevant to the project. Lastly there was a soft skills interview, with questions about me as a person, what my ambitions are, and so on. Overall, the people were friendly and open, and the whole process was a nice experience
