They take very long to respond and move on to the next step. They don't really value their candidate's time which I didn't like. I had a friend who entire hiring process took 4 months to complete after which he received the offer letter.

Question 1
Coming from working in startups, how would you adjust in this company where we have policies to follow at every step.
It was a two level process, with four peopl on the call for the second interview. Unfortunately i didn't get the job, but no complaints for the interview from me
