Bosch Senior Calibration Engineer interview questions

fairly straight forward process, phone screen with HR, video interview with manager, and on-site follow up interview. I found the manager interview to be difficult, it was a vehicle dynamics quiz with lots of follow ups and "why" and generally making you second guess yourself. Ultimately made it to the follow up second round and was not given an offer because they felt I did not have the requisite experience for a senior position and given the workload needed a senior person immediately.
