They are looking for the best, so I understand why they ask very difficult questions. What I didn't like though was the feeling of being grilled. It was almost as if they were looking for me to answer incorrectly. The worst part is that they never even contacted me to tell me I didn't get the position. For a company of that size, that is not a very professional way to do business. Especially since the in person interview lasted 6 hours..
