I was working with two recruiters, one who initially started the process and was great at communicating and providing information on what to expect. As soon as I made it through the first round with the HM I was handed off to a "Senior" Recruiter who I had a chat with on next steps and then never got back to me at all. I followed up a week after he told me he would reach out with scheduling with nothing and eventually had to reach back out to the first recruiter. I finally received an email stating the role will not be available for another few months, but they would like to proceed. I reached out 3 months later again to no response for a couple of weeks and then the HRM system sent me an automated email stating that I would not be moving forward in the process. For a very reputable company, this is by far the worst and most unprofessional recruiting process I have been through, specifically with the second recruiter.
