I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group in May 2016
Interview
The process consisted of a phone screening and one interview with a headhunter, then three interviews at BCG (one principal, two partners) plus background check. I got a phone call to say I got the job and then received a formal offer b y e-mail. The whole process was fairly quick lasting in total around 30 days.

Question 1
What was you main challenge at your previous position?
What do you think BCG needs to improve?
Why is this position attractive to you?
Non ho avuto una buona esperienza con il colloquio, il recruiter non mi ha fatta sentire a mio agio e ha trovato inopportuno il fatto che chiedessi se ci sarebbe stata continuità dopo lo stage proposto

Interview
3 rounds of interview, with increasing levels of seniority. Met team members as well as leadership. All very professional, focussed. First round was general "get to know you", second and third interviews were more role focussed.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group in May 2017
Interview
I was humbled to be considered for employment with BGC, had a phone screen with recruiter followed by a video interview with the hiring manager after I followed up with recruiter. Only received rejection after following up with recruiter again which was automated & not personal. No feedback was provided.
