El examen inicial consiste en leer un caso y resolver problemáticas empresariales simples, te dan múltiples opciones para que selecciones como resolverías la premisa, y te piden detallar mas según la elección que hagas, después te hacen grabar un video dando una recomendación, la verdad el criterio mas importante en la fase inicial es que sepas ingles. Las preguntas son muy simples pero por el tiempo y el video final, al final el factor mas importante es dominar el ingles.
