Interview
I got 3 interviews for a French speaking role position in dallas.
The third interview was with 3 managers 30 min each. They asked me a lot of questions about my previous roles. Also, it was pretty cool to talk to them and they made questions understandable
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (London, England) in July 2025
Interview
The process was long but overall very positive. I had a total of three interviews, all virtual. The first two rounds were with different members of the team, followed by a final interview with the Head of Department. Each stage was structured but felt fairly relaxed, and I met some really lovely people throughout. The final stage in particular gave a good sense of cultural fit on both sides, which I really valued.
The internal recruitment team were incredibly supportive and professional. The recruiter did share a lot of information (sometimes almost overwhelming in detail), but ultimately this was very helpful as it gave me plenty of insight and even advice ahead of each interview stage. They were always available and responsive, which I really appreciated.
The only minor drawback was the timing – I had initially understood the start date would be immediate, but in reality it ended up being around four weeks later. That said, the offer process was smooth, and onboarding was handled very well ahead of time.
Overall, a very positive experience and I’m really pleased with how everything turned out.
I met with the EA managers and the senior EA manager. It was good to get a sense of what the role and expectations were from them. They were pleasant and nice to talk to. However, I felt like it was not that comprehensive since during interviews it's important to make sure you feel like the company is the right fit... The process felt rushed.
