Multiple phone interviews and zoom calls. Negotiation process ensued after that. They posted a salary range and what they offered was one: $4000 off the lowest salary and when told that’s too little, I was told they can’t “accommodate such a request” for an increase. Shady hiring practices.

The biggest red flag question was “you will be able to work overtime right?” While then proceeding to low ball the soul out of you on a unlivable wage.

Common behavioral questions in first round. and two tasks in 2nd interview. and you need to finish the presentation with other candidates. they hired 10 at once, but the return offer might just be 1 or 2.
