I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Productions (Norwood, MA) in Oct 2019
Interview
The firm reached out to me via Linkedin to invite me to apply. I had a brief phone screen, then was invited to interview in person. I was briefly shown the office, then met with 4 fairly senior people for the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were far more statements and stories by the interviewers than there were questions asked of me. Most of the stories were complaining about clients and about the apparent lack of quality of employees from my professional background.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Boston Productions
Interview
I was referred to the company by a colleague in my profession and called by a company employee who asked me several questions about my background and interest in working on a specific project. I was hired almost immediately. Later, I was asked by the owner to do more projects. Much later I was asked to prepare a psychological assessment review. It was an easy process and I am grateful for that first call to my colleague and the referral.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Boston Productions (Norwood, MA) in July 2015
Interview
I had a phone screen with the person who would be my manager as well as a producer.
On-site I met with my manager, the IT guy and a "director" of interactives.

Question 1
Pretty basic, but looking back I do not think that enough actual project management questions were asked - such as risk assessment, budget analysis, workflow management, resource allocation etc. It was more so like, can you do this job? Great!
