The interview process was heavily about customer service and not sales. Asked about being a "swiss army knife" because you will be doing multiple different things. Super easy with the general manager and the regional had to approve .

Straightforward interview involving questions about customer service and social media experience. One of the questions was “what was a time where you praised for something you completed?” They want to know your accomplishments and other achievements.
