Interview
Just apply online, and you'll get a quick 10-15 minute call for some basic job-related questions. Then, you'll be scheduled for a 20-30 minute interview with the site leadership, where they'll ask more detailed questions. After expressing your gratitude for the opportunity, you'll usually receive a job offer via email within a couple of days. It's a straightforward process and quite positive. I recommend preparing your responses to questions like, 'Have you managed kids before? How many, and what are their ages?' Be ready to discuss how you'd handle responsibilities like managing children's behavior and helping them feel comfortable.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Brains & Motion Education (New York, NY) in July 2025
Interview
The interview process was very easy. First part of the interview was a phone call with an Interviewer in California. Second part of the process was a Google Meet interview with the manager. Was supposed to do a demo teaching lesson but the manager didn't mention it and instead just asked a bunch of interview questions about situations in a teaching setting.
