Interviewers asked fewer questions than usual, many of which were general questions. Most questions asked "tell us about yourself" in different ways. I was prepared to speak more about the specifics of the role and workplace, but we did not get into that too much. Interviewers seemed uninterested and never followed up after explicitly saying that they would get back to me within a week. I followed up after the interview, and they then asked me for writing samples. I sent them in and never heard from them again. Overall lack of communication
