Interview
Interview process took 3 months, met with the founders individually and then met with another individual (Ops) and then did a group interview, and a pitch interview. There wasnt much transparency into the process and they asked left field questions that didn't totally make sense for the role. It felt like they didn't prep much for the interview and we're distracted. You could tell the founder and head of ops were chatting and laughing when answering some questions during the larger interview which was off-putting.

Interview
Had a recruiter interview for this role recently. I applied in early January and didn’t hear anything until nearly 6 weeks later, which should have been my first red flag. The interview itself was fine, the recruiter was nice enough and didn’t ask any groundbreaking questions. At the end of the call, he asked for my availability for the next round and said I’d be hearing from him by the end of the following day with the final time. I followed up but never heard from him again. It’s fine if circumstances change or they no longer want to move me forward, but at least have the decency to send an email. Looks like I dodged a bullet if this is how they treat candidates!
Had the interview with one of the founders. The interview was fine, but he didn't ask questions that would highlight my skills or potential. He also didn't follow up with any email after the interview, which is quite inconsiderate. I understand that they probably interview plenty of people but these people are all waiting for a reply whether it's a successful or not successful outcome. Have the curtesy to spent 1 minute for a followup email.
