errible interview experience and made me quite nervous of interviews ever since. 2 interviews and 1 written task. The first interview, I was grilled quite unpleasantly on my cv and choices i had made - asking ridiculous questions about topics I never studied and my experience in other countries. The written task was standard policy write up and second interview was in a hotel , where I was interviewed on my policy views - felt a very combative experience. I didn't feel very supported throughout the process and was never called or written to, explaining why I hadn't got the job.

Worst interview experience - really unpleasant interviewer. Considering this role is for very junior employees, it was not aimed at that level. Never contacted me after to say had or hadn't got to the next round/job.
