Screening interview with basic communication test which had 2 to 3 questions focusing mainly on:

2. Sntence formation
3. Research
4. Basic content framing techniques.

Pick a topic (current affairs etc.) and speak on it
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BrickSteel Enterprises Infotech (Madurai) in July 2017
Interview
3 rounds and easy to clear. The questions were mostly based on IT field. There was also a telephonic interview. I cleared all the rounds and was offered the job in a couple weeks.
