their are 3 steps
1. GD 10 students at a time they select 1-2 students then qualifying student go through second step
2. Aptitude qualifying student go through next step
3. Technical Interview + HR
that is walking for react js and node js roles
I went to the walk-in process on Dec 2025 so first round is GD then aptitude then technical interview and good communication is important they select in gd on the basis of communication skills

Interview
It was a face to face in office interview, first round was a technical asked about python programming and Django Framework, second one was also technical but advance level then followed by a HR Discussion
