I applied online. I interviewed at BrightSpring Health Services in July 2016
Interview
Arrived early and she looked somewhat upset. We greeted each other. She was dressed in a tee and shorts, compared to my blazer and dress pants. We talked and she asked me a series of questions. I filled out paperwork. Hired on the spot. Process took about 45 mins. My resume wasn't needed at the time of the interview surprisingly.

Question 1
No difficult questions at all. Hardly any relevant questions really. Most unexpected question was "Where did you get your skirt?", she apparently liked it.
I applied online. I interviewed at BrightSpring Health Services in May 2010
Interview
I went in and they asked me very basic questions that could've answered from my application or resume. I answered each one with ease, both women were super chatty which was nice. I was told I would hear something by the end of the week and I didn't. I called to ask about the job and no one could give me an answer other than, "don't call us, we'll call you." I waited and waited, then three months later I got a call to re-interview and they hired me on the spot.

Question 1
There were no difficult questions, the only one that wasn't about my work history was "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?".
