I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brightedge Technologies (San Mateo, CA)
Interview
Spoke with external recruiter, then VP of Ops (on the phone), Sales Mgr & then internal recruiter (3 different days)- two hour onsite interview included presentation and case study to the VP of Ops and recruiter and only one sales individual. The non sales folks questioned sales training and questions asked (why would we ask about competition and go live dates, etc.) which is sales 101. Met with a Sr. Director of Ops who asked an obscure analytic question. Wasn't devastated that no offer was made.

The case study / analytics question asked by the Operations person
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brightedge Technologies (Chicago, IL) in May 2025
Interview
Contacted by recruiter initially about a role, which was different once I actually started interviewing. I had an initially phone screen, and then from there had 3 additional interviews. The last one was a mock sales call. In total, I had about 4.5 hours of interviews. It was a bit of a frustrating process because the role I was originally recruited to interview for was not the one I was actually interviewing for. I was a bit caught off guard after the first few interviews. Quite a bit of time went into the process preparing and the actual interviews - it’s disappointing it ended in being ghosted (after attempts to follow-up, etc.). Very average interview experience.

Question 1
How do you currently manage your book of business to ensure success?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brightedge Technologies (London, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
Very Thorough. It was a three stage interview process and they did a great analysis to determine if I was a great candidate for this role. It found it challenging at times which I appreciated.
Roughly 4 phone calls. They have the process perfectly mapped out so there is never any guessing what the next steps are. Great communication. Started with VP of Global Sales, then met with the sales manager, then CEO. Great feedback provided by VP of sales throughout the process.
