The first call is with their recruiter. After that, you’ll have phone calls with various people in your department and then your potential manager. You come in for an in person interview where a question related to the job is answered in detail. They are very good about follow up.

In person interviews, presentation with hypothetical questions that asked about analytical skills. Felt that this could impinge on some proprietary processes used at a previous employer. Felt like I could not give them the answer they were looking for. Also felt they did not want someone with as many years of experience (hint) as I have.
