Typical biotech/science startup. Lots of moving parts and pivots. Driving to slove real life health issues thorugh plant science and AI soultion. Sadly lost some funding that set them back and unfortunately had to do layoffs.
Great opportunity to help a start up grow on the ops side! Worked with the team for a couple of years, helping establish SOPs for labs and general ops.
