Bringhurst Insurance Services interview questions

Interviewed at the office, was met with the owner of the company and conducted the interview in his office. Owner is a smart and wealthy man, and knows the industry too well and is willing to lie just to get you on the team. Was told I'd make 3000-4000 my first month with their "training", and that money was as close as Mars. He also neglected to mention the fact that you make at least a 500 dollar personal investment that is never reimbursed just to get licensed by the state to legally work for them.
