It was a fairly straight forward process. I had a pleasant interview with the hiring manager, no recruiter call. The hiring manager gave me an assignment that stressed creativity in a booth design. Apparently, I was too creative as I was told my design did not align with their current direction. I would not move forward. Fair enough but the hiring manager sent the rejection email at 6 pm on a Friday. Have a great weekend! I found it tone deaf and lacking in people management skills. Bullet dodged.
