Received a response a week after applying to position. Initial interview with HR who was very nice. The second interview was an on-site interview at the Devens facility. All expenses were covered by the company. Overall the process went very smoothly and I had a great experience.

Interview
There was an initial phone conversation with my talent acquisition contact. He then set up a phone interview with the manager of the department, during which I was asked basic questions about my previous work experience and how it related to this position. Following that, I was offered an on-site interview. The questions during this interview were more in-depth regarding my experience and how it related to the position, as well as your typical situational questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb in Sept 2017
Interview
I had a brief phone call with a representative from HR. The conversation was pretty dry - just answering questions without much more. Regardless, I still thought the interview went well, but I later got an email saying the position had been "canceled" and they wouldn't be hiring anyone.
