I applied online. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb (Princeton, NJ)
Interview
The first round was a phone interview with an HR recruiter. It was approximately a half hour. If you advance the next step is an in person interview. The in person interview begins with you sitting in a room by yourself (I was told to call them if I needed anything ) to do an assessment. 45 minutes later the next session begins. The hiring director meets with you for a one on one interview. There is also a panel interview. My panel interview had two people. The whole on site process was approximately 4 hours. Arrive early, if a few consultants arrive at the same time it can take awhile to get through security. Security has to take pictures and print cards. I tried several times to follow up after the interview, but I never heard from them.
Update: After I posted this review I received a phone call.

Interview
It is complicated with multiple rounds with different groups. People are very friendly though. I had about 5 rounds of interviews and case studies. I know some other people didn’t do the case study but they got fired after for poor performance.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb in July 2022
Interview
Just talked to a recruiter. It was pretty routine but I was surprised that the company only started with two weeks of PTO. The benefits overall were lackluster so I didn't continue.
