Formal panel interview that lasted about an hour. First half hour discussed relevant experience, job expectations, and other information about the position and company. Second half of the interview were scenario based questions to determine how you have responded in the past to challenges or opportunities or how you would respond currently to a given situation.

I was a contractor at BMS and I applied through a staffing agency and the whole process took about 2 weeks. The first step was a phone interview with the hiring manager and then I was invited to their site for an In-person interview and meet the team.
