I had a total of 3 interviews. My first interview was a typical behavioral interview with HR via phone. My next two interviews were with 2 executives within the Supply Chain organization. They both weren't difficult, and were really interested in all of my experiences on my resume.

Applied online. Started conversation over e-mail with Recruiter. Then a phone interview directly with the hiring manager. Then face to face onsite interview. Then HR round to discuss the offer.
