I applied online, a day later I was contacted by a recruiter, and then a zoom call was scheduled with the hiring manager and the associate manager. I did not move forward to next step.

Interview
2 rounds of interviewing in person. They invited someone who was in the role to my second one, which was nice to be able to ask questions. Very lovely leadership team, and lots of support through the interview process.

Basic, to the point, 2 interviews, and offer. The regional manager had known my work background and the hiring manager was a peer years before. it was comfortable and to the point. I would work for that management again in a heartbeat
