Local headhunting company arranged the interview and overall process.
There were two face to face interviews - made an appointment and came to the site and had an one hour interview with HR and hiring manager. Question was general and mostly related to my experience.
2nd interview was 2 weeks later - 1:1 interview with executive level but it was comfortable and supportive.
Interview process was fair, covering standard competency questions with technical questions also. Included time to review CV and ask questions. Talent Acquisition were very helpful throughout the recruitment process. Be prepared with examples for competency questions.
