Fairly standard process
Most interviewers appeared competent and driven
Would have preferred slightly more structure - most people asked similar questions
Phone interviews-standard questions--what are your credentials, why should we choose you for the job, etc... Pretty easy interview, honestly and I got the job. I have to say it was during a time they were very much looking for an HR partner and I was over qualified for the role.
Phone interview to guage employee strengths, describe job requirements and qualifications. This was followed by an in person interview with several rounds. Interviews were conducted by people at different positions.
