I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Broadview University (Meridian, ID) in Mar 2014
Interview
paper application brief one on one with Dean and 5 minute teaching demo Very easy process. Not too demanding and questions are general with very little room for additional conversation.
First interview over the phone with one of the Executive team who had an unwarranted ego about himself in Admissions 30 years ago. Second interview with local manager and third with the team to "see if they like me" as I was told.

Question 1
I don't remember any specifically but I do remember someone else I worked with saying they got asked 'If you were a superhero who would you be?"

Interview
They like to work quickly. I was hired withing a week of submitting my application- and that includes three separate interviews. They will test you to make sure you know what you're doing. If they don't like you, they will let you know. They won't be coy about it. If you're invested in the education of the students, they can tell. I would say that's probably their biggest priority. Also, they like to make sure you'll fit into the culture of the individual campus. All of them have their quirks.

Question 1
