      At the time it was the highest paid job I had had in the field

      Literally 0 training, they want you to teach but give you no idea as to what to teach. If a student doesn't like you they will make you miserable until you quit

      Pros

      Remote work was nice during Covid.

      Cons

      No raises in over 8 years, no additional benefits to make up for lack of raises. senior leadership was poor, lack of communication between departments, not enough employees so you were expected to do 3-4 people's jobs on top of your own.
