Interview
The interview started with a typical sit at a table arrangement. We talked about myself, the company, and what I knew about patents. The people I met were very nice. They then had me do a test where I was to describe an invention as if it were in a patent. I was offered the job by a person I had not met on the interview day, but the salary was terribly low. Especially for the area and in the middle of a cost of living crisis. I counter-offered the salary, and instead of discussing it like normal humans, the guy responded by retracting the offer. Weird.
