It was a lengthy interview process that ended with getting ghosted. I had a phone interview then three different interviews on three different occasions at three different locations with three different advisors. The interviews were over 1hr and met with one of the bank branch manager. I was told I am being considered for the position. However, I didn't even receive an auto rejection email "thanks for your time." My intuition tells me that I dodged a bullet. One of the advisor was a sweetheart, the other two are not so sure. Save yourself some trouble, those people have zero respect or consideration for candidates. No wonder this position has been open for a long time!
