Brookline Bancorp interview questions

It was a lengthy interview process that ended with getting ghosted. I had a phone interview then three different interviews on three different occasions at three different locations with three different advisors. The interviews were over 1hr and met with one of the bank branch manager. I was told I am being considered for the position. However, I didn't even receive an auto rejection email "thanks for your time." My intuition tells me that I dodged a bullet. One of the advisor was a sweetheart, the other two are not so sure. Save yourself some trouble, those people have zero respect or consideration for candidates. No wonder this position has been open for a long time!

First screening is the phone interview. If you pass the screening, they will schedule you for an in person interview with the manager at the branch. They will also discuss the salary during the screening step, making sure you are okay with the compensation before they could move forward
