Interview
It was a standard screening interview. Pretty generic questions, but the person conducting seemed distracted and as if they were reading from a script. It was neither a good or bad experience, pretty standard. Could have been a phone interview.
Typical interview process - went for an in-person first interview with the would-be supervisors and then had a quick phone interview with the ED. All very nice and easy to talk to. Questions were average for a foundation position.
