I interviewed at two different branches, one in Milwaukee, and one in Minneapolis. In both interviews I had great experiences. I got to meet many members of the team ranging from the people that were recruiters as well as sales, and then concluded with the Manager of the market. I also received a great breakdown of what my role would look like within the company. By the end I felt fully aware of what I would be doing and also felt a strong sense of belonging as each member of the team was easy to connect with and willing to answer all of my questions. It was a great experience overall!
