I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Brooksource (Austin, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
Recruiters and recruiting agencies are all the same. Full of hot air. A recruiter called me regarding a coordinator position with a large tech company, but she didn't have all the details, so I was unsure if I wanted to proceed. I followed up via email twice, with no response. The job listing is still posted. This is an experience I have with literally every staffing agency I encounter. It's like these young recruiters are trained to flat out ignore candidates if they don't automatically jump on an opportunity. What is the point of "establishing a relationship"? It's rude and unprofessional. They should do better.
