After 3 Online interviews went to a on-site interview.
Honestly, people were ok, had to prepare a technical presentation.
After the presentation, CEO and CFO started talking about the position with me present. Asking themselves whether or not the position was a full-time position.
CEO asked me whether I would like to work with them as a Freelancer, Consultant from my current company or Full-time In-house after knowing full well I was interviewing for an In-house position, and then saying that they are not ready for the position.
Would say think better about it, before wasting someones time.
I found the whole thing very unprofessional.
