Interview
Would like to share the strange and astounding experience with
burjeel holdings (IMED solutions) based out of abudhabi where the hiring pmp from SAP team and HR is so unethical that out of words to express that worst process.
Post shortlisted in Technical rounds notice period negotiations happened which I agreed on their terms.shockingly whole HR POC is absconded to update on their vacation through emails after a frequent follow-up she get back with a salary figures which was lesser than my minimum expectation range.
since, I informed my resignation their hiring lead connected with me that the salary range mentioned by HR was high and they can't even provide what HR conveyed as budget is not available.
which makes me so anxious and agony. He also informed me that it's my call to decide or reject the offer once the HR approaches me on the mentioned expectations.
certainly, all of the sudden I received the email from the hiring team that
" they were so amused that I showed interest in joining them and I was not shortlisted after waiting for OFFER letter by clearing all the process and accepting the terms of policies even with joining notice "
This is painful and unethical qualities on companies like these who are taking employee situations for granted.

I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Burjeel Hospital in Jan 2023
Interview
Last year, I underwent an extensive interview process with this company, spanning a duration of more than six months. Throughout this period, I engaged in a total of six rounds of interviews. Regrettably, the process was marred by poor coordination, resulting in a lack of clarity regarding the number of additional interview rounds. This prolonged and disorganized process left me with a less than favorable impression of the company's hiring procedures.
